账户注销声明
OrblinkVPN 尊重您对个人信息的控制权。您可以随时申请注销您的 OrblinkVPN 账号。本声明说明账号注销的具体条件、流程、影响以及数据处理方式,请您在操作前仔细阅读。
一、注销前的重要提示
账号一经注销,将无法恢复。请在提交注销申请前确认您已了解以下事项:
- 注销后,您将无法使用原账号登录、查看历史订阅与购买记录;
- 账号下的游客 ID 与设备绑定关系将被解除;
- 未使用完毕的会员订阅权益将一并失效,且不予退款;
- 如您仍有有效订阅,请在注销前关闭自动续订,以免被自动续费;
- 注销不会自动取消您在 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 中的订阅,您需要在对应商店的"订阅管理"中单独取消。
二、注销条件
满足以下条件后,您方可注销账号:
- 账号处于正常状态(非冻结、非异常);
- 账号下无未结清的退款申请、纠纷或异常订单;
- 已自行处理或同意放弃账号下未到期的订阅权益。
三、注销方式
方式一:在 App 内自助注销(推荐)
- 打开 OrblinkVPN App,登录您的账号;
- 进入"我的"页面;
- 点击"账号设置 → 注销账号";
- 阅读并确认《账号注销须知》;
- 按提示完成身份验证后提交申请。
系统将在 1–3 个工作日内完成处理,并通过邮件通知您结果。
方式二:邮件申请
如您无法通过 App 自助注销,可发送邮件至 [email protected],邮件需包含以下信息:
- 邮件主题:
申请注销 OrblinkVPN 账号; - 注册邮箱;
- 设备型号与操作系统版本;
- 注销原因(可选);
- 声明您已知悉本《账户注销声明》并同意注销。
我们将在 3–7 个工作日内核实身份并处理您的申请。
四、注销后的数据处理
账号注销完成后,我们将按以下方式处理您的数据:
- 立即删除:登录凭证、绑定关系、个人偏好设置、反馈记录等可立即删除的数据;
- 匿名化处理:为支持服务运营所需的统计与分析数据,将进行匿名化处理使其不再与您关联;
- 合规保留:法律法规要求保留的财务、税务、订单与反欺诈记录,将依据相关法律规定的最短保留期限保存,期满后删除。
五、撤销注销申请
在我们正式处理您的注销申请之前(通常为提交后 24 小时内),您可以通过 [email protected] 邮件请求撤销。一旦注销正式完成,将无法撤销。

Account Deletion Statement
OrblinkVPN respects your control over your personal information. You may request to delete your OrblinkVPN account at any time. This statement describes the conditions, process, consequences, and data handling for account deletion. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
1. Important Notes Before Deletion
Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Before submitting a deletion request, please confirm that you understand the following:
- After deletion you can no longer log in or view historical subscription and purchase records;
- Guest ID and device bindings under the account will be released;
- Any unused subscription entitlements will be voided without refund;
- If you still have an active subscription, please disable auto-renewal before deletion to avoid being charged again;
- Deletion does NOT automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel it separately in the store's subscription settings.
2. Conditions for Deletion
You may delete your account when:
- The account is in a normal state (not frozen or flagged);
- There are no pending refund requests, disputes, or abnormal orders;
- You have processed, or agreed to waive, any unexpired subscription entitlements.
3. How to Delete
Option 1: In-app self-service (recommended)
- Open OrblinkVPN and sign in;
- Go to the "My" tab;
- Tap "Account Settings → Delete Account";
- Read and confirm the deletion notice;
- Complete identity verification and submit the request.
The request is processed within 1–3 business days and you will be notified by email.
Option 2: Email request
If self-service is unavailable, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject:
Request to delete OrblinkVPN account; - Registered email address;
- Device model and OS version;
- Reason for deletion (optional);
- Confirmation that you have read this Account Deletion Statement and consent to deletion.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 3–7 business days.
4. Data Handling After Deletion
- Deleted immediately: login credentials, bindings, personal preferences, and feedback records that can be removed directly;
- Anonymized: statistical and analytical data required for service operation will be anonymized so that it is no longer associated with you;
- Retained for compliance: financial, tax, order, and anti-fraud records that we are required by law to retain will be kept for the minimum period required, then deleted.
5. Withdrawing a Deletion Request
You may request to withdraw a pending deletion request by emailing [email protected] before it is formally processed (typically within 24 hours of submission). Once deletion is completed, it cannot be withdrawn.
