欢迎使用 OrblinkVPN!本《服务协议》（以下简称"本协议"）由您（"用户"或"您"）与 OrblinkVPN 运营方共同缔结。在使用本服务前,请您仔细阅读并充分理解本协议各条款,特别是免除或限制责任的条款。一旦您下载、安装、注册或以任何方式使用本服务,即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部内容。
一、服务说明
OrblinkVPN 是一款 VPN（虚拟专用网络）/ 网络安全应用程序,提供包括但不限于以下服务:多节点线路连接、加密传输、智能路由推荐、订阅管理、设备管理、用户反馈与公告通知。本服务包含免费功能、试用功能与付费会员订阅服务三种类型。
二、用户资格
您确认在使用本服务时具备完全民事行为能力,能够独立承担法律责任。若您为未成年人,请在监护人陪同下阅读本协议并使用本服务。您同意在所在国家/地区的法律允许范围内使用本服务,不得将本服务用于任何违法、违规目的。
三、账号与设备访问
3.1 游客模式
首次安装本应用时,我们会基于您的设备标识生成游客 ID,允许您在不注册账号的情况下使用部分功能。游客 ID 仅与设备绑定,如更换设备将无法恢复历史数据。
3.2 注册账号
您可通过注册账号将游客 ID 升级为正式账号,以实现跨设备同步。您应妥善保管账号信息与登录凭证,因您本人保管不善造成的损失由您自行承担。
3.3 账号安全
您应对账号下的全部行为负责。如发现账号被盗用,请立即通过 [email protected] 通知我们。
四、免费、试用与付费服务
4.1 计费方式
本服务的付费订阅通过 Apple App Store（Apple ID 计费）或 Google Play（Google Play 计费）进行结算。具体价格、订阅周期与权益以应用内展示为准。
4.2 自动续订
重要提示:所有订阅默认开启自动续订。在订阅周期结束前 24 小时内,系统将自动从您的 Apple ID / Google 账户扣款并续期。
您可以随时通过以下路径关闭自动续订:
- iOS:打开"设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 → OrblinkVPN → 取消订阅";
- Android:打开"Google Play → 个人资料 → 付款和订阅 → 订阅 → OrblinkVPN → 取消"。
关闭自动续订后,您仍可使用至当前订阅周期结束。
4.3 7 天试用
新用户首次订阅时可享受 7 天试用。如未在试用期结束前 24 小时取消,试用将自动转入对应付费订阅。
4.4 退款
退款由 Apple 与 Google 各自处理,请通过 Apple ID 购买历史或 Google Play 退款页面提交申请。OrblinkVPN 无法直接为您处理通过应用内购买产生的订单退款。
五、用户行为规范
您承诺不会使用本服务从事下列任何行为:
- 从事任何违反所在地法律法规的活动;
- 实施网络攻击、未授权访问、传播恶意软件、嗅探他人数据等行为;
- 实施欺诈、传播垃圾信息、侵犯他人知识产权或人身权益;
- 试图破解、反编译、逆向工程、篡改本应用或其计费机制;
- 滥用系统资源、规避或干扰任何安全机制、风控机制;
- 转售、转租或将账号借予他人共同使用;
- 其他被本协议或法律法规禁止的行为。
六、服务可用性
本服务依赖互联网基础设施、第三方云服务与节点资源。我们将尽合理努力保障服务稳定性,但不承诺 100% 可用。在以下情况下服务可能中断或受限:计划维护、紧急修复、网络故障、不可抗力、政策法规变化、第三方服务异常等。
七、隐私与数据保护
我们重视您的隐私。我们对个人信息的处理方式、数据收集范围以及您可行使的权利,详见 《隐私政策》 与 《数据收集声明》。
八、知识产权
本应用及其相关的源代码、设计、商标、文字、图像、视频等均为 OrblinkVPN 或其许可方所有,受著作权法、商标法及相关国际公约保护。未经书面许可,任何人不得复制、修改、传播、再发行或基于本应用创建衍生作品。
九、第三方服务
本服务可能集成或依赖第三方服务,包括但不限于:Apple App Store / StoreKit、Google Play / Play Billing、崩溃分析 SDK、内容分发网络等。第三方服务有其各自的服务条款与隐私政策,我们建议您一并阅读。
十、服务变更与终止
我们有权根据业务需要对服务进行调整、升级、暂停或终止。如您违反本协议,我们有权立即暂停或终止向您提供服务,且无需向您退款。
十一、免责条款
本服务以"现状"提供,不对其连接速度、稳定性、节点可用性、特定用途适用性等做出明示或默示担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害概不负责。
十二、责任限制
无论基于何种法律理论,我们就本服务向您承担的赔偿总额不超过您在主张赔偿之日前 12 个月内为本服务实际支付的费用总和。
十三、协议更新
我们可能不时修订本协议。修订后的协议将通过应用内公告、邮件或网站公告等方式告知您。若您在协议生效后继续使用本服务,即视为您接受修订后的内容。
十四、适用法律与争议解决
本协议的解释、效力、履行及争议解决均适用 OrblinkVPN 注册地相关法律。因本协议产生的争议,双方应友好协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方可向 OrblinkVPN 注册地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

Terms of Service
Welcome to OrblinkVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the operator of OrblinkVPN. Please read these Terms carefully, in particular any clauses that limit or exclude liability. By downloading, installing, registering, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
OrblinkVPN is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) / network-security application that provides, among other things, multi-node connectivity, encrypted transport, smart routing, subscription management, device management, user feedback, and announcements. The service includes free features, trial features, and paid subscription tiers.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Minors may use the service only with the supervision of a guardian. You agree to use the service only as permitted by the laws of the country or region in which you are located, and not for any illegal or unlawful purpose.
3. Account & Device Access
3.1 Guest Mode
On first install, a guest ID is generated based on your device identifier so you can use certain features without registering. The guest ID is bound to the device; you cannot recover guest data on a different device.
3.2 Registered Account
You may upgrade a guest ID to a registered account to enable cross-device sync. You are responsible for keeping your account information and credentials secure.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at [email protected].
4. Free, Trial & Paid Services
4.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (Apple ID billing) or Google Play (Google Play billing). The actual price, subscription period, and entitlements are as displayed in the app.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Important: All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, your Apple ID / Google account will be charged automatically and the subscription will be renewed.
You can disable auto-renewal at any time via:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → OrblinkVPN → Cancel Subscription;
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OrblinkVPN → Cancel.
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current subscription period.
4.3 7-day Trial
New users may be eligible for a 7-day trial when subscribing for the first time. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert into the corresponding paid subscription.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Submit refund requests through your Apple ID purchase history or Google Play refund page. OrblinkVPN cannot directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- conduct any activity in violation of applicable laws and regulations;
- perform network attacks, unauthorized access, distribute malware, or sniff third-party data;
- commit fraud, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property or personal rights of others;
- attempt to crack, decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the application or its billing mechanisms;
- abuse system resources, evade or interfere with any security or fraud-control mechanism;
- resell, rent, or share an account with others;
- engage in any other activity prohibited by these Terms or by law.
6. Service Availability
The service relies on internet infrastructure, third-party cloud services, and node resources. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain stability but do not guarantee 100% availability. The service may be interrupted or limited due to scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, network failures, force majeure, regulatory changes, or third-party outages.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Our handling of personal information, the scope of data collection, and the rights you may exercise are described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Collection Statement.
8. Intellectual Property
The application and its source code, design, trademarks, text, images, and video are owned by OrblinkVPN or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and international treaties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the application without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate or depend on third-party services including, without limitation, Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Play / Play Billing, crash analytics SDKs, and content delivery networks. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should also review.
10. Changes & Termination
We may adjust, upgrade, suspend, or terminate the service as our business needs require. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, regarding connection speed, stability, node availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Regardless of the legal theory, our aggregate liability to you for the service will not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via in-app notice, email, or website announcement. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OrblinkVPN is registered. Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; otherwise, either party may bring proceedings in the competent court at OrblinkVPN's place of registration.
