- 购买信息:订阅类型、订阅状态、有效期、Apple/Google 订单号（用于权益核验,不存储信用卡信息）。
2.3 我们不会收集的信息
我们不收集您的精确地理位置、通讯录、相册、健康数据、浏览历史、网络访问内容,也不通过 VPN 通道嗅探或解析您的流量。
三、我们如何使用信息
- 提供、维护并改进 VPN 连接、订阅与账号管理服务;

七、数据存储地点、期限与删除

十、未成年人保护
本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会刻意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如发现误收集,请监护人通过 [email protected] 联系我们,我们将立即删除相关信息。
十一、信息安全保护措施
- 所有数据传输均通过 HTTPS / TLS 加密通道进行;
- 敏感字段在服务器端加密存储;

OrblinkVPN ("we") respects and protects the privacy of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and the rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the service.

- We do not collect, store, or sell the network content you transmit through the VPN, and we never use it for advertising;

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: email address (for registration, login, password recovery, support);
- Feedback: issue descriptions, screenshots, and logs you submit via in-app feedback or email.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device information: device model, OS version, app version, device language, device unique identifier (for guest ID and anti-fraud);
- Usage logs: connection success/failure counts, connection duration, selected node region, app launch and crash records — used for diagnostics and performance optimization. We do not log the URLs or content you access.
- Purchase information: subscription type, status, expiry, and Apple/Google order ID for entitlement verification. We do not store credit card information.
2.3 Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health data, browsing history, or VPN traffic content. We do not sniff or inspect traffic transmitted over the VPN tunnel.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve VPN connectivity, subscriptions, and account management;
- Detect abnormal use and prevent fraud, abuse, and attacks;
- Send service-related notifications such as version updates, expiry reminders, and security alerts;
- Respond to feedback and support requests;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis & Consent
The legal bases for processing your personal information include performing our contract with you, obtaining your consent, complying with legal obligations, and pursuing legitimate interests (such as service security and fraud prevention). Where applicable law requires, we will obtain your explicit consent.
5. Sharing, Transfer & Disclosure
We never sell your personal information. We may share or disclose information only in the following cases:
- Service providers: we share the minimum necessary information with required providers to complete payments, crash diagnostics, content delivery, etc. (e.g., Apple, Google);

- Crash analytics SDK: anonymous crash logs to help us fix bugs;
- Content Delivery Network (CDN): distribution of configuration files and announcements.
7. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion
Your account information and subscription records are stored on the secure servers we use. We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy; beyond that, we delete or anonymize it.
After account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within 30 business days, except for financial, tax, or compliance records that we are required by law to retain.
8. Your Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to:
- access and export your personal information;
- correct or update inaccurate information;
- delete your personal information (account deletion);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent previously given;

9. Account Deletion & Withdrawing Consent
You can submit a deletion request from "My → Account Settings → Delete Account" inside the app, or by email. See the Account Deletion Statement for the full process. Closing your account is treated as a withdrawal of previously given processing consent, except for legally required retention.
10. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
11. Security Measures
- All data transmission goes through HTTPS / TLS encrypted channels;
- Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest on the server;
- We follow least-privilege access principles, granting access only to authorized personnel;
- We perform regular security audits and vulnerability scans.
12. Cross-Border Processing
Because we serve users worldwide, your personal information may be processed or stored on servers outside your country/region. We will apply appropriate safeguards (such as data transfer agreements and encryption) under applicable law to keep your data secure.
